Terms of Service

1. What this is

Vibe My Business ("we," "us," the "Service") provides business education, free tools (including the AI campaign generator and the published curriculum), and a paid membership that includes AI copilot assistance and milestone reviews, billed at $9.99 per month.

2. The membership

Billing is monthly through Stripe, in advance, and you can cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and your membership runs to the end of the paid period. There are no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees, and no retention offers. The curriculum is designed for roughly twelve months of membership; staying longer is your choice, never a requirement of the Service.

3. What we don't take

We take no ownership interest in, and no percentage of revenue from, any business you build while using the Service. Accounts you create at third parties during the curriculum (registrars, hosts, Stripe, email providers, social platforms) are yours: your credentials, your property, your responsibility.

4. AI-generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate drafts, campaigns, walkthroughs, and advice. AI output can be wrong, generic, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish, send, or rely on it, and for ensuring claims you make about your own business are true. Content generated for you from your inputs is yours to use; we claim no copyright in it.

5. Not professional advice

Nothing in the Service is legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice. The curriculum teaches general business fundamentals. For decisions with legal or tax consequences, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

6. No guarantees of outcome

We do not promise revenue, customers, or business success — anyone who does is selling you something worse than nothing. We promise the curriculum, the copilot, and honest milestone reviews. Whether you climb is, genuinely, up to you.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to build anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful; don't abuse the free tools (scraping, automated bulk generation, resale of output as a service); don't attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the systems behind the Service. We may suspend accounts that do, with a refund of any unused period.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is," and our total liability to you for any claim arising from it is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the actions of third-party services you sign up for during the curriculum.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. The $9.99 price for existing members will not be raised without at least 60 days' notice and the unconditional option to cancel first.
