What the ten dollars buys
Generic AI is everywhere and mostly free — that's not the product. The product is a team of five that knows your business, working from one set of notes: your idea and why you believed in it, your reality sheet, which rung you're on, every campaign written for you, what worked and what flopped. In month six they coach with month one in mind. Leave, and you're starting over with strangers who've never met your business.

Why the price can be this low
Credit-metered builders need you consuming credits forever, so they price for a long, confused stay. Our whole model is a member who shows up, climbs for about a year, pays roughly $120 total, graduates, and tells someone. We keep almost nothing running for you — your site is on your hosting, your money is in your Stripe — so our costs stay small and the price stays honest.
The average member should need about twelve months. If you're still here in year two, we've failed — that's a metric we track, not a slogan.
Memory and graduation aren't in tension — they're the same promise. The coach remembers everything about your business precisely so it can hold your milestones to a real bar and get you out in about a year. It knows you AND it graduates you. What it will never do is use what it knows to keep you.
Some graduates choose to keep the membership for the agents after they graduate — they do know the business better than any tool they could hire. That's welcome — but only after Rung 12 proves it's a choice, not a need. Dependence is the one thing we refuse to sell.
