What we collect

Email and name — when you leave your email for the membership opening, use the free tools beyond your daily free runs, or become a member. Business description — what you type into the free tools, stored with your email so the coach can remember your business between visits. Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see your card number. Basic technical data — IP address used transiently for rate-limiting the free tools, standard server logs from our hosting provider.

What we do with it

Emails get two kinds of mail: membership opening, and occasional plain-text notes about the curriculum. Every message has a working unsubscribe. Free-tool inputs are sent to an AI provider to produce your output and are not used to train models by us. That's the complete list of uses.

What we never do

Sell your data. Share the list with "partners." Run advertising trackers or third-party analytics pixels. Buy lookalike audiences from your email. Contact people you do business with.

Who touches the data

Our infrastructure providers process data to run the Service: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), and an AI provider for generation. Each receives only what its function requires.

Your rights

Email hello@vibemybusiness.com to see what we hold on you or to have it deleted; either happens within 30 days, usually much faster. Unsubscribing from mail is one click and instant. If you're in a jurisdiction with formal privacy rights (GDPR, CCPA and friends), everything in this section is how we honor them.

Cookies and storage

No advertising cookies. We use browser localStorage for exactly two things: remembering that today's free run was used, and — if you choose — keeping your business description and email on this device so the tools greet you with them.

Changes

Material changes get posted here with a new date. We won't quietly expand what we collect.
