vibe my business

Rung 3 of 12

The Website, Live

You need one page. Not a "web presence," not a ten-page site with a stock photo of a handshake — one page that answers the four questions a customer actually has: who is this for, what problem does it fix, what does it cost, and how do I reach you.

Why one page beats ten

A beautiful ten-page site that doesn't answer those four questions is a business card with a loading bar. A plain one-page site that answers them cleanly will out-earn it every time, because the visitor isn't there to admire you — they have the problem from your Rung 1 sheet and they want to know, in ten seconds, whether you fix it and what it costs. Give them that. Nothing else is required to start.

Where the page comes from

Any decent AI chat can write this page today — the words and the code. Feed it your reality sheet: who it's for, the problem, the price, your phone or email. Ask for a single HTML file. Read what it wrote and fix anything that doesn't sound like you — you'll be the one saying these sentences out loud later, so they'd better be true.

Putting it on the internet

Hosting a one-page site is free now, permanently, at real companies: Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare Pages. The flow is the same on all three: create an account (in your name — the pattern from Rung 2 never stops applying), upload or paste your file, and it's live on a temporary address in about a minute.

Connecting your domain

Then you connect the domain you bought: the host shows you two DNS records; you add them at your registrar; you wait a bit. That step — DNS — is where more beginners quit than anywhere else, and it's the moment the big platforms count on to keep you inside their walls. It gets its own rung next, because once you understand it, no platform can ever hold your site hostage again.

The polish trap

One warning before you start tweaking fonts: polish for the customer you have, not the crowd you hope for. Rough and in front of one real buyer beats perfect and invisible, every single time. Ship the plain page. Improve it when a real customer is confused, not when you are bored.

With the copilot — membership, $9.99/mo

The copilot builds the page with you from your Rung 1 sheet — drafts the four answers, generates the single-file site, walks the hosting signup, and stays on the line through the deploy. When something looks wrong, you paste what you see and it tells you what's happening in plain words.

The milestone — checkable, not a vibe

Your page loads at your own domain, over HTTPS, from a hosting account you own. You can type your domain into a phone that's never seen it and the page appears.

Everything on this page is free to use on your own. The membership is the copilot doing it with you — a coach that remembers your business and your progress — plus a milestone review before you climb. $9.99 a month, cancel anytime — and we expect you to.
