One of the most common questions I get from the practices I work with: “how do I show up on Google?” Wow, this can be SUCH a long-winded answer…BUT – to keep it simple – the answer truly revolves around content. A way to think about your website and how it ranks on Google is that your website is your online real estate. The more locations (pages) you have, the more opportunity you have the drive more traffic (clicks/new patients) to your practice. Let’s say there are 10 doctors in the same specialty within a one-mile radius. 9 of these doctors have an average website of about 50 pages. 1 of these doctors has a 500+ page website. Google sees larger websites as a more credible source because it has more information on what the users are looking for. Content quality is just as important. Stay tuned for more!
